TERMS OF SERVICE

The terms of using Ashlard.

Plain terms for a platform built on honesty. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to what follows. We have kept it readable on purpose.

Last updated: 13 June 2026.

1 · Who you’re agreeing with

Ashlard is operated by Collectiom OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registry code 17512840), registered address Viru väljak 2, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia (“Ashlard”, “we”, “us”). These Terms govern your use of the Ashlard website and services. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

2 · What Ashlard is

Ashlard is a collecting-intelligence platform for LEGO collectors: a catalogue of sets and minifigures, secondary-market pricing (asking floors across sealed, used-complete, and used-incomplete tiers), retirement signals, and Atlas, an AI companion. Our figures are reference, not gospel — asking prices and estimates, not appraisals or sold prices — and nothing on Ashlard is financial or investment advice. Always verify independently before any significant purchase or sale. You are responsible for your own decisions.

3 · Your account

You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract. Keep your login credentials secure and don’t share your account; activity under it is your responsibility. Give us accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

4 · Atlas and acceptable use

Atlas can be wrong — treat its output as informed reference, not fact, and don’t rely on it for decisions without checking. Use Ashlard lawfully and in good faith. Do not scrape, bulk-extract, resell, or redistribute our catalogue, pricing, or content; do not attempt to bypass access tiers, usage limits, or security; do not misuse Atlas to generate unlawful content or to overload the service. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access for misuse.

5 · Subscriptions and billing

Ashlard is free to use at its base tier. Paid plans (Atlas Scout and Atlas Collector) are sold as recurring monthly or annual subscriptions through Stripe, at the prices shown at checkout including applicable VAT. Every new account also receives a complimentary 7-day Atlas Scout trial that requires no card and simply lapses to Free. When you explicitly subscribe, your plan renews automatically at the end of each period using your saved payment method, until you cancel. Prices may change with notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

6 · Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from your billing portal in settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Because Ashlard is a digital service you access immediately, payments for a period already started are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on new purchases; by starting a paid subscription you ask us to begin the service immediately and acknowledge that the withdrawal right is lost once the service has been fully provided for the period. If something went wrong, contact us — we deal with people fairly.

7 · Intellectual property

The Ashlard platform — its software, design, editorial writing, and the structure and presentation of its data — belongs to Collectiom OÜ and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use it for your own collecting. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group; Ashlard is independent and unaffiliated, and uses the LEGO name only for nominative reference to identify products. Set and minifigure imagery is sourced from catalogue and listing providers under their terms.

8 · Your content

Your collection, watchlist, and the messages you send Atlas remain yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the service for you — to store your library and process your Atlas conversations to generate replies (see the Privacy Policy). We don’t claim ownership of your data and we don’t sell it.

9 · Availability

We work to keep Ashlard available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Third-party data (listings, prices, catalogue facts) can be incomplete or out of date; we present it honestly but cannot warrant it.

10 · Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashlard is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on our intelligence — including any purchase, sale, or valuation outcome. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death, personal injury, or fraud), or your mandatory rights as a consumer. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11 · Termination

You may stop using Ashlard and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that harms it or others. On termination, the rights you granted us end except where we must retain limited records by law.

12 · Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and disputes fall to the competent Estonian courts — without removing any mandatory consumer protections you enjoy in your country of residence.

13 · Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, notified to you. Continuing to use Ashlard after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
